Due to the nature of Fosters Fields products, we have a no return policy on items purchased on our website.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Custom Orders/Wholesales

Custom orders will be agreed upon at time of purchase, any labels or custom wholesales will be reviewed and agreed upon prior to fulfillment. There is a no return policy on custom orders. Please be sure and check all custom orders for accuracy as payment is due in advance, once order has begun there are no cancellations accepted. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
