When you hold a handmade soap or light a hand-poured candle, you're holding more than just a product—you're holding hours of care, intention, and artistry. At Fosters Fields, every bar of soap and every candle poured carries a story—and it’s all done by one pair of hands, mine. We thought this was the perfect time to share with you the heart of what we do behind the scenes.

I run a small business located in Ontario, built on the belief that natural ingredients and honest artistry matter.There’s no factory floor here—just hardworking hands, carefully chosen oils, and a genuine love for the process. Our products are scented using both essential oils and high-quality fragrance oils, because we believe in creating items that not only feel good but smell beautiful too. There are many hours of testing, some failures and of course some amazing products that make it all worth it!

Running a handmade business isn’t always smooth. There are busy seasons and slow ones, moments of great joy and moments of deep frustration. Some days, everything clicks into place—and others are filled with second-guessing and unexpected challenges and even failures. But no matter the ups and downs, my love for what I do remains the same.

There’s something incredibly fulfilling about creating something from start to finish and knowing it’s going to bring someone else comfort or joy. Whether it’s the scent that lifts your mood or the way a bar of soap feels on your skin, knowing my work is part of your daily rituals makes it all worth it.
